The Fairy's training

Hands are up, good form, looking for an opening while working the focus mits....I like it personally.....(:>))) Nice quiet and private training area with little or no distractions to either the fighter or her sparring coach. Both are able to work hard and concentrate on form and power while keeping good balance and foot movement. The fresh air and high altitude provide an oppertunity to work on a fighters breathing, and movement with less oxygen that would be available at a lower altitude where a fight would more likely accur. The fighter is on balance, and should be ready to be able to quickly be able to change to a hard right roundhouse kick to the coaches body or head on her next assult,
