Amazing picture: I really like the balloons and petals, and the banner.
Great colours: You can see the green of the balloons (to suit his hair XD) and the streamers are still bright, even in the relatively dark room.
Incredible likenesses: You can easily tell that the people in the background are Robin and Sanji!
Now the cons:
I'm not sure...
I don't know if we're meant to be able to read much after,
"The awesome captain Usopp", but what does it all say, if it is actual writing there.
I really like this; you gave information to show when it's time to celebrate and all the other details. The clothing creases are realistic, and it's easy to tell that Chopper's present is a training weight
or so it seems....The Artist has requested Critique on this Artwork
